About Arti

Still in the Arena

I build companies. I coach founders. And I’m building a philosophy for ambitious people who want to succeed without losing themselves getting there.

I’m not writing to you from the mountaintop. I’m on the field — still building, still leading, still doing the inner work in real time.

I didn't study the climb. I made it happen.

Seventeen years ago I started Measure Marketing as an immigrant with an idea and more nerve than capital. No network. No safety net. No blueprint.

I bootstrapped it from zero to a multi-million dollar agency — and that company became the real classroom for everything I know about building, leading, and growing something that outlasts your own hours.

I still helm Measure Marketing today. My next milestone is bootstrapped 8-figure founder by 2028 — though honestly, I’ve stopped caring what club that puts me in. The mission is bigger than the number now.

What I'm building

I wear a few hats, and they all feed each other. I run Measure Marketing, where we build full-funnel demand engines for companies in SaaS, manufacturing, Custom Signage, and Commercial and Residential home services. I co-founded, an AI platform that unites full lead-to-delivery engine for companies that want to scale without sacrificing customer experience. And I invest in early-stage AI startups, because I’d rather help build what’s coming than wait for it. But what came out of all of this work over the last two decades changed what I am called to serve next.

The question that changed everything

Somewhere in the climb, I hit the question every high performer eventually meets: I’d built what I set out to build — and something still felt unfinished.

That sent me inward. Into leadership development. Into a Vipassana practice. Into the inner work most founders postpone until something forces it. I came back with a method, not a mood. I furthered that and trained as a Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach.

All of this experience gave birth to— a philosophy for people who are winning on the outside and running on empty on the inside.

I called it SoloraFlow™

Solora comes from sol, the sun, and aura, the light you carry. The whole idea: you don’t chase the sunrise. You carry it — even in the dark.

The mission

I’m building Solora into a global brand with one audacious, deliberate goal: to touch 10 million lives this decade, and a billion in my lifetime and beyond — most of whom will never be clients. Because this was never about how many people I can coach. It’s about how far an idea can travel when it’s true.

I want ambitious people everywhere to stop deferring their lives to a someday that keeps moving — and to build big without losing themselves in the climb.

Still building Still becoming.

Founder. Coach. Builder— still in the arena, living my Solora, and helping leaders find theirs.
